Dear Younger Me,
I know you think life has a timeline.
Study hard. Get a good job. Earn well. Make everyone proud. You believe that if you plan everything carefully, life will go exactly the way you imagined.
It won't.
And that's the beautiful part.
Some of the people you'll meet weren't part of your plan.
Some of the opportunities that change your life will come unexpectedly.
Some of the failures you fear today will quietly become your greatest teachers.
You'll spend a lot of time comparing your journey with others, wondering if you're falling behind.
You're not.
Life isn't a race, and there isn't a finish line you're supposed to reach by a certain age.
One day, you'll realize that success isn't having everything figured out. It's finding peace with the uncertainty.
So don't be afraid when life changes your plans.
Trust the process. Keep hustling, keep grinding, be patient, and believe in yourself.
Sometimes the path you never wanted to take leads to the life you never imagined.
And if I could leave you with just one thought, it would be this:
Don't rush through life trying to reach the next chapter.
One day, you'll realize these ordinary moments were the ones worth holding onto.
With gratitude,
Your Older Self
