Life is rarely a straight line.

Some days everything works.

Some days nothing does.

You succeed, you fail, you try again, you fail differently, and eventually something works.

That's life.

But we often treat failure like it's the end of the road.

We fail an exam and think we're not good enough.

We lose an opportunity and think we missed our chance.

Something doesn't work and we immediately start questioning ourselves.

But failure was never the problem.

Learning nothing from failure is the problem.

The person who succeeds isn't necessarily the one who never fails.

It's often the person who fails, understands why, makes a change, and tries again.

Then fails again.

Learns again.

Tries again.

Every failure gives you something.

Sometimes it's experience.

Sometimes it's knowledge.

Sometimes it's clarity about what you don't want.

And sometimes it's simply the realization that you are capable of getting back up.

Think about how many things we would never have today if people had stopped at their first failure.

The first attempt doesn't have to be perfect.

It just has to teach you something.

Maybe that's what winning really means.

Not avoiding failure.

But becoming a little better every time it happens.

Life will keep going up and down.

We can't control every fall.

But we can control whether we get back up with the same mindset or a better one.

Fail. Learn. Adjust. Try again.

That's not failure.

That's progress.
